What Club OTD is

Club OTD is an app for businesses to issue loyalty stamp cards and for customers to collect them. It is operated by DML Studio LLC.

Accounts and roles

Each account has a single role: customer or business. You must give true information and keep access to your email and phone safe. You are responsible for what happens from your account.

Business review

We review every business by hand. We may approve, reject or suspend a business if its details are not true or if the app is used to deceive other people.

Stamps and rewards

Each business decides how many stamps it asks for, what reward it gives and when it approves a stamp. Rewards are delivered by the business, not by Club OTD. A business without an active subscription cannot approve new stamps, but its cards are kept.

Subscription and payments

Businesses get 30 free days from the day we approve them. After that the subscription costs USD 9.99 per month, or the equivalent in your currency. For customers, the app is free.

If you pay through the App Store, Google Play or by card, the subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it. If you pay in bolívares, you pay in advance for the period you choose and it does not renew automatically. You can cancel anytime: you keep access until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again. We do not refund the current period, unless we charged you by mistake or twice. If you paid through a store, cancellations and refunds are handled there, under its rules. For anything else, email us at [email protected].

Acceptable use

You may not ask for stamps you did not earn, create fake businesses, use the app for fraud or try to access other people's data.

Liability

We do our best to keep the app running, but we do not guarantee it will never be interrupted. We are not responsible for rewards or for disputes between businesses and customers.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and we will tell you about important changes. You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend it if you break these terms.
