Delete your account

You can delete your Club OTD account whenever you want. It is free and you do not have to explain why.

From the app, instantly

  1. 1 Open Club OTD and sign in.
  2. 2 Go to Profile.
  3. 3 Tap Delete my account and confirm.

No access to the app?

Enter the email you use on Club OTD. We will write to that email to confirm the account is yours and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your name, your email, your Apple or Google sign ins and the devices registered for notifications. Your stamps and cards are kept without personal data for each business's statistics. If you own a business, the business is closed and its cards are turned off.

What we keep

Only the minimal payment and audit records the law requires, never used for anything else.

If you pay the subscription through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in the store too. Deleting your account does not cancel it.
