Getting new customers is the easy part.
Getting them back is the hard part.

Your stamp card lives on every customer's phone: they scan the QR at your counter, you approve the stamp with one tap, and they always know how close they are to the reward.

30 days free from the day we approve your business. No payment details needed for the trial.

The paper punch card had a good run

It works until it goes through the wash, or comes back full of stamps nobody remembers giving. Club OTD keeps the card on the customer's phone and gives you the final say on every stamp.

  • With paper cards:

"I left my card in my other jeans"

So today's coffee doesn't count. By the third time, they stop asking for it.

    With Club OTD:

The card goes wherever their phone goes

And people don't forget their phones. Customers can see how many stamps they have and how close they are to the reward.

  • With paper cards:

    Stamps you never gave

Someone picked up a look-alike stamp at the craft store and walked in with a full card, ready for their free sandwich.

    With Club OTD:

    Every stamp needs your OK

When someone asks for a stamp, you get a notification with their name. If they aren't buying anything right now, you tap reject and move on.

  • With paper cards:

You can't tell who stopped coming

The guy who came in every morning hasn't been around in three weeks, and you had no way of knowing.

    With Club OTD:

You know who your regulars are

Your customer list shows how far along each person is on every card.

Built for a busy counter

Stamps nobody can fake

Every stamp goes through you. Each customer can have one pending request at a time, and you decide how long they wait between stamps, so nobody racks up three in one visit.

Your staff can approve too

If you're out running errands, whoever is at the register approves from their own phone. Every stamp is logged with who approved it and when.

If your customers come back, you design the card: how many stamps it takes and what they win.

From sign-up to your first stamp

  1. Step 1

    Set up your card

Sign up in the app and pick how many stamps it takes and what the reward is. You can get it ready while we review your business.

  2. Step 2

Put your QR where people pay

Your QR turns on once we approve you. Share it or print it from the app and stick it by the register.

  3. Step 3

    Approve from your phone

Every stamp request pings your phone. One tap approves it and the stamp shows up on the customer's card right away.

  1. Step 1

    Scan the QR

Use your phone's camera. If you don't have the app yet, the QR lets you open Club OTD in your browser, nothing to download.

  2. Step 2

    Ask for your stamp

The business approves it and the stamp lands on your card while you pay.

  3. Step 3

    Claim your reward

Fill the card, ask to redeem and the business hands you the reward. A new card starts right there.

Club OTD comes from OTD

In Venezuela, plenty of businesses already know OTD for its gift cards. Club OTD is our next chapter, focused on the stamp card, something any shop can run from its counter.

We check every business by hand before it goes live, so every card on Club OTD belongs to a real shop.

We're signing up our first pilot businesses

Soon you'll read how it went for them here, with the shop's name and the owner's. Want to be one of them? Sign up your business on the web.

Your first month is on us

One plan per business, with as many cards as you want and your staff included.

What about your customers?

The app is free for them, from the first stamp to the reward.

Is your business in Venezuela?

You can also pay in bolívares with PagoMóvil or immediate debit, at the day's BCV rate.

Questions owners ask before signing up

Yes. Open it in your phone or computer browser, nothing to download. If you'd rather use the app, it's on the App Store and Google Play.

Nothing for the first 30 days. After that it's USD 9.99 a month per business, with all your cards and your staff included. There's no setup fee and you can leave whenever you want.

From day 31 you need a subscription to keep approving stamps. If you don't subscribe, your cards and your customers' stamps stay saved, and you pick up where you left off whenever you do.

No. The app is free for them, and the reward comes from you, same as with a paper card.

It's the obvious question. What helps most is telling them yourself while you ring them up: "scan this and today's coffee counts." The first scan takes them to your page on Club OTD, and from there they open it in the browser, nothing to download. After that, they come back and ask for a stamp each time they visit.

No stamp goes through unless you or your staff approve it. Each customer can have one pending request per card, and if nobody answers within 10 minutes it expires. You also set how long customers wait between stamps (2 hours by default), so nobody collects three in one visit.

As many as you need. Each one has its own reward and stamp count, and you pick its color. A bakery could run one for everyday bread and another for cakes.

They request the reward in the app and you approve it the same way you approve a stamp. You hand over the reward, the full card moves to their history and a new one appears so they can start over.

So every card on Club OTD belongs to a business that actually exists. We check each sign-up by hand. In the meantime you can set up your card, and the day we approve you, your QR turns on and your 30 free days begin.

If your business is in Venezuela, yes. You can pay with PagoMóvil or immediate debit at the day's BCV rate. Everywhere else, the subscription is paid by card.

Yes, each from their own phone. Every approval and rejection is logged with who did it, when and from which device, so if a stamp looks off you know who to ask.

Nope, though if you have one, it works there as well. Club OTD runs in your phone or computer browser, from setting up cards to approving stamps. You can share or print your QR from there too.

Set up your first card and try it free for 30 days

Sign up your business on the web and get your card ready while we review it. Billing starts on day 31, if you decide to stay.
